Our Cuvée Blanc is made from 100% Vidal Blanc.  The grapes are sorted for consistency to ensure consistent fruit quality. Meticulous attention to detail and minimum handling are our trademark.  The wine was crafted in the traditional European style in small French oak barrels and forced through a secondary fermentation to promote creaminess and butter notes.

Norton is a red grape and is known for producing big, complex wines that can age well.  Our Norton boasts great intensity of flavor, full body and offers stamina and depth.  This wine is aged for nearly two years in 60 gallon French and American oak barrels.  Velvety tannins add graceful support to the wine’s supple richness and concentration. Best served decanted in its youth, it will age wonderfully for up to ten years.  Experience why Norton is the “state grape” of Missouri.
