This white wine blend of Vidal Blanc and Rayon d’Or delights the senses.  Piazza, similar to the Italian varietal Pinot Grigio, is refreshingly light, crisp and fruity, while the aroma is distinctively floral and with apple and pear notes.  This wine was aged in stainless steel to promote the fresh taste. 

Piazza is a lovely wine to drink as an aperitif and a superb accompaniment to a fresh field green salad with raspberry vinaigrette.

Our Cuvée Blanc is made from 100% Vidal Blanc.  The grapes are sorted for consistency to ensure consistent fruit quality. Meticulous attention to detail and minimum handling are our trademark.  The wine was crafted in the traditional European style in small French oak barrels and forced through a secondary fermentation to promote creaminess and butter notes.
